Jose Bonilla, President & CEO

Coming from El Salvador, Jose Bonilla has long dreamed of helping those in his community and creating his own business. Jose began working in construction at 14 years old and made his dream into a reality in the summer of 1996.

Rosa Bonilla, Vice President

Rosa Bonilla, Co-founder and CEO, has been with JA Bonilla since its inception. She has helped Jose Bonilla create the foundation on which we stand today and is the mind and reasoning behind our greatest expansions.

Rex Kinch, Human Resources Director

Rex Kinch has been with JA Bonilla for 6 years and has nearly 20 years of experience in the construction and lumber industry. He has been a kind and hardworking individual his entire life and brings great value to JA Bonilla Inc.

Chris Bonilla, Estimator

Chris Bonilla has recently been promoted to Senior Estimator and continually brings innovation and depth to the team. He is currently finishing his bachelors in Construction Management at IUPUI.

Andy Bonilla, Estimator

Andy Bonilla works alongside his senior, Chris Bonilla, in providing quality estimations to clients. Andy is now a sophomore at Saint Mary's-of-the-Woods pursuing a bachelors in Business Administration and Accounting.

Brian Medina, Project Supervisor

Brian Medina has traveled great lengths for JA Bonilla and has overseen projects in Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, and Indiana. He has built a superior reputation for the company across the entire Midwest.


Fernando Roman, Project Supervisor

As a representative of JA Bonilla, Fernando Roman is often the face our clients come to know. He has exceeded our expectations in project management and consistently delivering an on-task site.

Our Story

JA Bonilla has stood tall amongst competitors for nearly 30 years, but that's not where our story truly begins. Jose Bonilla moved to America from his home town in Concepcion de Oriente, El Salvador, in 1988 with aspirations to help his community and one day own his own company. He then met Rosa Bonilla in 1991 who helped him found the company in the summer of 1996. They have continued to expand and conceptulaize to the JA Bonilla Inc. we have today.
